This installer agreement outlines the terms and conditions for being part of our Installer

Scheme and being represented on our Installer Postcode Search on our website https://www.residencecollection.co.uk

 

This agreement is to be signed by all parties:

You agree to the following:

  • To provide your company name and high-resolution company logo.
  • To provide your company address including postcode.
  • To provide a company summary (E.g. about us, date established, accreditations, your company ethos, your website, social media etc.).
  • To provide your business hours, this can be showroom opening hours or working hours.
  • To provide the best contact number / email and mobile number to receive leads directly from the homeowner and agree for all leads from your landing page to be monitored by The Residence Collection.
  • To keep us informed of any changes regarding your email address or contact information.
  • To provide your certificate/certificate number for any FENSA, ASSURE, CERTASS or other self-certified schemes. The Residence Collection reserve the right to remove you from the Installer Scheme if falsified or not provided.
  • You will showcase window and door sample(s) of the system(s) you are offering.
  • You will take part in relevant product training for The Residence Collection.
  • To provide us with the name(s) of your Residence Collection fabricator(s) and will update us of any changes to this in the future.
  • To provide showroom pictures and/or installation pictures for your gallery, these will be used on your landing page, and social media posts in the future.
  • To provide us with proof of conservation/listed building installations such as a postcode to have the logos added to your landing page.
  • You understand the call tracking / call whisper function that is active on our landing page. The phone number on your landing page will divert to your company number, and we will be able to log the lead within our CRM system.
  • To add The Residence Collection logos, content and brochures to your website and tag us on any relevant social media posts.
  • To reply to The Residence Collection’s request for information on leads and to confirm whether they have been won or lost, either via email or via the automated email updates.
  • To add journey@residencecollection.co.uk to your safe sender list to receive all sales lead information and customer updates.
  • You will receive automated emails from the above address, please ensure you respond to these when they arrive.
  • To respond within two working days to all sales lead emails that you receive.
  • The Residence Collection may send dummy sales leads at any point during your time on our installer scheme to monitor how you respond to our leads. If the response is incorrect and or not in a timely manner, The Residence Collection reserves the right to remove you from the Installer Scheme.
  • To understand that failure to respond to lead(s) will result in your company being removed from the Installer postcode search function, however, you will still have access to all marketing materials and all other marketing support. When removed you may not be able to be re-added for up to 6 months (this will be monitored).
  • You understand that you must have a minimum of 1 audit per year by a Residence Collection representative.
  • We have the right to check and validate any information provided to us.
  • You understand that if you do not comply to any of the above, The Residence Collection have the right to withdraw your landing page at any time.
