Everglade PVCu Products was established in 2007. Dale realised there was a need for a committed double glazing company with a true dedication to customer satisfaction.

Everglade have always believed in sourcing their products from companies with the same high standards of commitment to quality as they like give to their own customers. By fitting Residence 9 combined with Planitherm technology glazing, Solidor composite doors and Freefoam roofline products, all married with a no quibble ten year guarantee, Everglades’ exceptional products speak for themselves.

To add support to our own 10 year guarantee, installations carried out by Everglade are also covered by an insurance backed guarantee. These policies have always been ‘best practice’, but from June 2014, all tradespeople MUST provide an Insurance Backed Guarantee with every installation or home improvement project. Everglade has used the Consumer Protection Association since the start of the company in 2007. As well as covering our customers’ deposits, the CPA provides customers with a short anonymous satisfaction survey upon completion of work being carried out.

Every quarter a chart is issued by the CPA showing our customers’ feedback; these are available to view at our showroom. Because of our dedication to customer service and the excellence shown in these reports, Everglade has been awarded a 10 year achievement award by the CPA.

Everglade has continued to grow, now employing 7 members of staff. We do not believe in flashy advertising; simple, honest good work speaks loud enough for us.
