In 1996 we joined the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) and became able to provide our customers additional protection in the form of an insurance-backed guarantee on all our products. The CPA is an independent and highly regarded trade body that also provides us with a quarterly report of feedback obtained directly from our customers. By constantly acting on this feedback, to date, we have maintained exemplary grades, which helped us win the CPA National Consumer Protection Award in 1999, and we will safeguard our valued reputation into the future.
