This 1930’s bay fronted Period Property was just perfect for R9. It is unusual in that it features a round and square bay on the same elevation. The homeowner was delighted that Residence 9 was able to recreate the period features including the ‘fluted’ cornerpost, the projecting weatherbar to the transom and the balanced flush sash sightlines.
