You wouldn’t be mad for thinking that these two near identical cottages had perhaps been built hundreds of years ago.

They are in fact both new-build cottages, it’s just the installation of Residence 9 windows and doors that gives them that period feel.

We must say it was a stroke of genius to have R9 integrated into either building with the outside of the frames coated in our unmissable and unmistakable Chartwell Green finish.

The opposite side of the windows and doors features a calming Grained White colour and traditional monkeytail hardware just as you’d expect of a 19th Century Flush Sash Timber Window.

To add further character to the cottages a single Georgian bar has been added to the window design.

There’s also a fantastic opening into the garden at the back as French doors are also utilised to the rear of each cottage.
