My front door was installed last year and everything about it was excellent. I went straight back to them this year to have all my windows replaced. Again another excellent installation from start to finish. Very friendly office on the phone, Daniel was extremely helpful with advice and made choices for me that I am so pleased with. Ashley and Adrian were very friendly and totally professional over the four days it took to complete the installation. Totally recommend this outstanding company.

Having been challenged continuously by the elements, the 25yr old+ wooden windows on our ‘seaside hamlet’ Cornish cottage were far from fit for purpose. Naturally, being admirers of ‘the style’ of the old characterful cottage - the irregularities in the build and appreciating the importance of not spoiling this, we had big reservations about replacing the windows with anything but wood. However, our own advancing years, physical limitations and constraints on time prompted our thoughts to alternatives so we decided to investigate the options with a local company. From our first encounter with ‘Bude windows and Conservatories’ - when we met Megan in the showroom right through until post installation we have been impressed. Along with the comprehensive display and Megans product knowledge we were enabled to see the ‘possibilities’ available to us and get a real understanding of the subtle differences of particular designs that would allow us the benefits and ease of upvc windows but in a sensitive design that complement the cottage. With a positive feeling and no pressure we arranged to have Daniel come and do a site survey. Further encouraged by the manner and information gained by this interaction we made our decision. Everything has been positive from start to completion. Communications have been honest, easy and as frequent as necessary with questions being answered promptly. The installation work was completed efficiently to a high standard and we are delighted with the result. I am so very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending this company for their complete service.
