      We approached Pete from Heath Home Improvements after being recommended by a friend. Pete arranged to come and take measurements to provide us with accurate quotes. He is very knowledgeable about the various options available and was able to make helpful suggestions. This allowed Steve and I to make an informed choice with the relevant options to hand. The communication from Sophie and Pete has been amazing, quick, clear, responsive and patient with our many questions. Steve and I are incredibly pleased with the end result, we have already noticed the silence - no more howling winds and drafts, we can hardly even hear people walking past. It has also meant that the thermostat for the heating can be turned down which will provide a welcome reduction in oil costs. The windows and doors look amazing from the inside and out and make our home much cosier and warmer inside. We have had many people comment on how lovely they look. The windows and doors have been fitted and finished in such a quick turnaround, with highly skilled workmanship and attention to detail. Nothing was too much and the fact Pete identified things he wasn't happy with before we did, made such a huge difference. With the added reassurance of an Assure Certificate, which as promised arrived shortly after the job was finished, we couldn't ask for more. Fantastic job, would highly recommend.
