The homeowner opted for our R7 design paired with a Grained White finish , beautifully enhancing the home’s character with a warm and inviting tone. In addition, fitted with Satin Chrome pear drop Regal Hardware handles, the installation combines classic character with a fresh, updated look. The new windows not only elevate the exterior’s appeal but also brighten the living space, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere for the homeowner to enjoy.
R7 is perfectly flush inside and out, with multiple internal beading options available. In this installation, the R7 windows feature square beading, which provides a more modern look with clean sightlines and a sense of symmetry. This design detail helps to create a contemporary feel while maintaining a balanced and uncluttered appearance. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, Residence 7 offers excellent thermal efficiency. The homeowner chose double glazing, allowing their windows to be able to reach u-values as low as 1.2 W/m²K, making sure they save costs on energy bills.
