The Project
Greenvale Cottage is located in Purleigh, Chelmsford and was built in 1808. This home is certainly full of character! The dark wood clad cottage with Irish Oak R9 windows packs some serious kerbside appeal.
Silika updated this kooky home from white PVCu casement windows With R9 in Irish Oak- all flush sight lines and the timber look without the maintenance, R9 was the ideal solution.

The homeowners went for a cottage style Georgian bar and butt hinge’s for that authentic timber aesthetic.
The internal traditional look was completed with Monkey Tail iron mongered handles and styles to complete the heritage look.
