The Residence Collection is proud to have achieved the title of Timber Alternative Company of the Year for the sixth time since the National Fenestrations Award began a decade ago.

The Timber Alternative Company of the Year award recognises the timber alternative windows offered by The Residence Collection in their three different systems; R², R7 and R9.

As the original timber alternative window provider, their different window systems offer uncompromising style, offering a wide range of 26 colour options as well as dual-colour options and a range of bespoke hardwares.

Setting the industry standard for modern living, the R9 collection presents 23 standard colour options as well as various dual-colour choices. Its combination of traditional charm and innovative design, featuring a thermally efficient nine-chamber system, preserves the essence of a home.

The range has A++ energy ratings with this double-glazed installation reaching a u-value of 1.2Wm2k as standard, resulting in optimal insulation and energy savings. The R9 collection is the original timber alternative window.

The R7 system, with elegant flush sash interior and exterior, is available in a range of maintenance-free finishes and a variety of styles, offering versatility without complication. Featuring a sophisticated seven-chamber design, the system is available in 20 colour choices as casement windows, shaped windows, bay and bow windows, orangeries, conservatories, single doors, French doors and engineered doors, offering all the choices you need.

The highlight of the system is the flush sash exterior and unique square interior presenting a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Available in ten standard colours as well as with a Chalk White interior finish in some colours, this system not only boasts aesthetic properties but also brings exceptional durability and energy efficiency.

Certified with an A++ window energy rating, this system supports highly efficient triple and double glazing, achieving U-Values of 0.79W/m²K (Passivhaus standard) for triple glazing and 1.2 for double glazing.
